MAITHILI THANAWALA
I'm Maithili Thanawala Kanabar, a Counselling Psychologist based in Mumbai. I have been working with children, parents, adolescents and young adults for 8 years now. It has been an incredible journey composed of several therapeutic journeys with all clients.
My approach is predominantly based on REBT and I do alter it based on the client. I enter a session with an eclectic mind set and then allow the client's readiness to guide me.
Currently, I am working with NEXT School, Mulund; Jupiter Hospital, Thane; running a private practice in Mulund and practising Online Counselling.
Otherwise I am passionate about dance, reading and traveling. I enjoy long conversations over tea!
