How do I know if I know therapy?

If your functionality is impacted then you may benefit from seeking help. Everyone who is looking to improve the quality of life and reach goals can benefit from therapy. I personally believe that everyone can lead more meaningful lives with therapy.

How long will I have to come for therapy?

Results in therapy are a consequence of effort from both; the therapist and the client. Putting a timeline to your recovery may not be possible however starting it means you're one step closer.

Is online counselling effective?

People have different opinions about online therapy based on their experience and intuition. However research supports the efficacy and efficiency of online counselling and suggests that it is equally good for several kinds of issues.

How do I maintain good mental health?

  • Sleep- 7 to 8 hours of sleep

  • Nutrition- Eating balanced meals

  • Hobby/Interest/Work- Pursue any of these

  • Social Connections- Keeping in touch with loved ones

  • Exercise- 30 mins exercise 3-4 times a week
